Annual Return 2017

Another year has passed; where is the time going? But as they say: plus câ change… and the voluntary work of the branch contin-ues as strongly as ever!

During 2017 we homed 172 cats and kittens! This is slightly down on 2016; the reason being that our fosterer numbers have depleted, however, this is still a fabulous achievement with the volunteers we currently have. We raised £41,714 on adoptions fees and fundraising, and paid out £54,921 in cat care, vets bills and pen maintenance.

We carried out 138 home visits, reunited 75 cats with their owners, and have neutered 256 cats (130 males and 126 females) at a total cost of £10,485.38!

We currently have 222 members, all of whom have either adopted cats or kittens from us, or donated at least £15 towards our branch funds. And we have 25 volunteers carrying out a variety of roles, including fostering and fundraising.

Thank you so much to all of you for your ongoing support. We couldn’t achieve what we do without you!
